  1. Ngl, it seems AFCON has done a lot for the form of Nigerian players. Bassey scored in a Fulham shirt for the first time in the game against United and Iwobi netted the winner deep into added time to seal the 3 points at Old Trafford. Now Osimhen seems to be banging in goals for fun. Loveeet!

  3. Napoli looked most threatening today than all season. When Osimhen plays Kvara gets more space to play. Mario is an asset. Another more direct midfielder Hameed freeing up Zambo Anguisa is clearly improving Napoli creativity. Chances have been too few or too dependent on wings making their attack too predictable except when Victor plays options increase

  4. Of all the top 10 highest goal Scorers in the league. Oshimhen has the least appearance. If not for injuries this season and AFCON.
    Osimhen would have been top of the scoring charts with Martinez.

  19. Osimhen benefited a lot from Mario Rui's crosses last season. Part of the reason they've not done well this season is because both men have been on the pitch together for very few times. It's either Rui is injured or Osimhen is injured. Now, both of them are back. I appeal to Coach Calzona to please allow both Rui and Osimhen to play together on the pitch for as long as possible, so that Osimhen can benefit from Rui's wonderful crosses and passes, in addition to whatever service he gets from Politano or Kvara.

    Case in point, 0:23, Ostigard wanted to pass the ball to Rui, however Rui tells him to instead pass it to Rrahmani. Rrahmani then passes to Di Lorenzo who passes to Politano with the cross to Osimhen who nets the goal. But the move started with Mario Rui.

    Even Osimhen's second goal starts with Mario Rui at 2:05. It's his pass to Kvara that eventually leads to the goal.

    This is the kind of intelligence you need for success. I really appreciate Mario.
