  14. 你们很像我的一对朋友夫妇。也是像你們要找个理想的家。可是过了十年还是沒有找到自己認為适合的家。所以我們兩三年有一次house warming也不错。不過他们也是像你們一樣开心就好。

  20. Buy landed better than buy condo or apartment
    Condo /apartment need to paid lots of maintenance fee and lots issue
    Move in first year no problem
    The problem is few years later found out
    Very troublesome
    Landed own space very comfortable with own space
    Think wise
    Because I didn't think wise (I buy apartment at jb) paid lots maintenance fee and some defect cost us few k to fix
    Because is our pipe problem
    Our neighbour downstairs their toilet ceiling all spoil
    Because is our pipe water leaking
    We have to paid for it
    Haiz
    Not our problem
    We still need to paid for it
    Management said is our unit have to fix it

  21. 也没错啦！也许是你外国生活过，所以都是先租来看！那样的价钱多人都是觉得可以自己拥有屋子！不管什么都好，自己可以接受，舒服就好！

  22. 左邻右舍也很重要，就我邻居特别脏，也不帮狗做卫生，纯粹养狗为了防贼，他们狗也时常打架，狗吠声很乱。吵到小孩睡觉，而且晚上还在家唱karaoke,base开的很大。搞到自己好累

  30. 要找适合自己的家，其实很难。尤其有了自己的很多要求，更加的难。我有个建议，你们可以找个风水好的空地，然后慢慢去建个理想的家。你们可以参考参考。

  34. Damansara 的話可以考慮 Bandar Utama 或 Tropicana。最近我也在考慮著BU的發展商手上2k++ sqft 的Condo在出售，偏華人區，進出KL PJ Kepong都方便，華人餐都容易找。
    主要這些區也算是fully developed了，國際學校、華小都有了。

  42. 说真的没必要租那么贵的屋子来住！如果是在3-5k之间的话勉强接受，毕竟也要考虑到其他方面费用如日常花费，孩子方面的费用等等。
