Roma have no leadership, I see players on the field insulting each other over a bad pass. They are playing like individuals, throwing their hands up on a bad play like they are above the team unit. Mancini, Karlsdorp, Peligrini all guilty.
Maybe the lack of leadership has to do with Mourinho not being on the sidelines… maybe.
