DUO SIGNING: Chelsea told to pay£190m for Ligue 1 forward with€40m-rated Premier League winger

Chelsea told to pay£190m for Ligue 1 forward and with€40m-rated Premier League winger

Ligue 1 giants, Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly slapped £190m price tag on Neymar amid rumours of a possible move to Chelsea.

The Brazilian forward has managed to found back of the net 13 times last campaign, however, experienced a troublesome season that was hampered by injuries.

Although Neymar’s current deal is set to be automatically extended until 2027 on July 1, rumours have begun circulating about his future.

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi opened the door to a possible exit after telling reporters: “Beyond the rumours about Neymar’s future, everyone has to give their best. And, if not, they will have to leave, like those who took advantage: there will be sales.

The 30-year-old forward has since been rumoured with a move away, with Serie A giants, Juventus holding talks about a transfer, while the Blues are reportedly showing an interest in bringing the ex-Barcelona forward to Stamford Bridge.

According to Marca, any team interested in securing the services of Neymar would have to pay €220 (£190m) to prise the attacker away from the Ligue 1 giants, as they look to recoup the majority of the fee they paid for the Brazil international.

The Brazil international has managed to found the back of the net 100 times in 144 games for the club.

Crystal Palace could be prepared to sell talismanic winger Wilfried Zaha for a discounted fee in the region of £25-30m this summer, amid growing interest from Chelsea.

Ivory Coast international has emerged as a possible target for Thomas Tuchel as the London giants weigh up their options in attack amid interest in Ronaldo, Aubameyang, Vardy, and other forwards around Europe.

Wilfried, for one, has spent most of his footballing career at Crystal Palace, featuring in over 400 matches for the club across two different spells, scoring 83 goals and registering 73 assists along the way. Zaha had another productive campaign for Patrick Vieira’s side last term, netting 14 PL goals.

The 29-year-old forward has been linked with moves to top PL teams, including Chelsea, in the past. But the Ivorian attacker has stayed put every time, with a disastrous spell with Man United remaining his only tryst with a ‘Big Six’ club.

However, the Ivorian’s current contract at Selhurst Park expires in 2023, which puts Crystal Palace in a tricky position over his future. The African forward could leave as a free agent at the end of the campaign, so the Eagles could be open to recoup a fee for their prized winger if they cannot get him to pen fresh terms with them.

Wilfried Zaha stays eager to prove his mettle at a top team, and this could be his last chance to shine at the Champions League-level club.
